Lawyer since 1999 and lawyer at the Court of Cassation since December 2015, he mainly deals with litigations related to the banking, trade, real-estate and transportation fields.
He gained a great experience in the antitrust, EC Competition and Trade Law at international law firms in Milan and in Brussels where he also did an internship about personal data protection at the European Commission.
He is member of the European Lawyer Union.
After his graduation with honors in Law at the University of Bari and an Erasmus program at the University of Paris XII, he obtained a Postgraduate specialization diploma in EC and International Law at the University of Louvain in Belgium and a LLM Master in International Business Law at the University of London, Queen Mary College.
Conferences and legal articles
Junior Lecturer in EC Law during the academic year 2007-2008 at the University of Milan and Speaker at ISPI School during the one-year-diploma courses in Competition Law.
He collaborate with “Guida al Diritto” magazine published by “Il Sole 24 ore”, and he wrote articles on EC law.
