She graduated in Law and Political Science with a specialization in Legal International Law; she has worked as a lawyer since 1999 and entered the Court of Cassation.
She deals with industrial and intellectual property and commercial law, in both in-court and out-of-the-court proceedings, by paying particular attention to contracts. In the commercial area she is specialized in franchising where she assisted franchisors and franchisees.
She has gained a great experience in industrial and commercial law at a prestigious law firm in Milan and she has strengthened it at the Gide Loyrette Nouel office in Paris, one of the most important French cabinets.
She is permanent consultant of Italian CPA Firms, with registered offices in New York and Miami. For Italian CPA Firms she attends to American Chamber of Commerce in Italy.
She is member of the Panel of WIPO Mediators and of the IP and innovation experts group of the Milan Chamber of Commerce.
After her graduation in Law at the University of Milan with a dissertation on Industrial Law and Political Science and a specialization in Legal International Law, she attended the City of London Polytechnic and the Specialization Course in Community Law held by Institut des Hautes Ètudes Européens in Strasburg.
She also attended the WIPO training school with regard to mediation.
Conferences and legal articles
She was junior lecturer of the school of specialization in Environmental Law of the University of Bergamo with a module dealing with trademarks and certifications. Speaker at conferences and training courses on industrial law, copyright and cultural heritage and ADR in Italy and abroad. In the same area, she writes articles published in magazines specialized in law and owned by industry associations.
