Lawyer since 1992 and lawyer at the Court of Cassation from April 2005, he exclusively deals with Criminal Law.
He gained a great experience in corporate-related criminal law especially in the industrial, commercial and bankruptcy, tax, banking and financial fields where he also assisted top managers of companies and credit institutions in very important trials. He also deals with criminal liability for medical fault and for libel by newspapers.
He manages criminal procedural rules with great and specific competence.
He assists companies in drawing up organization and management models according to the Law n. 231/2001; in this regard, he is member of Supervisory Bodies and he regularly defends institutions summoned according to the Law n. 231.
Graduated with the highest honors in Law at the University of Turin with a dissertation on criminal procedure, he attended the Faculté Internationale de Droit Comparé in Strasburg.
He collaborated as Honorary Fellow with the University of Turin and was assistant lecturer in criminal procedure.
Conferences and legal articles
He collaborated with “Cassazione Penale” and “La Giurisprudenza Italiana” magazines where he dealt with judgements and wrote notes to judgements.
He was speaker at conferences on tax criminal law and criminal procedure law.
He trained executives and managers working at the Ministry of Economy and taught at the Higher School of Economy and Finance in Florence.
