Professional experience

Duilia Delfino is Lawyer at the Milan Bar. She deals with industrial and intellectual property, gaining her extensive experience at numerous law firms in Milan.

During her professional practice, she has acquired particular experience in the fields of urban planning, environmental law, public procurement, public works, and company law and arbitration.

Education

Duilia graduated in law at the ”Alma Mater Studiorum” University of Bologna with a dissertation on commercial law: “Maritime transport and abuse of dominant position: the case of the Strait of Messina. 
She graduated at “Francisco de Vitoria” University of Madrid. 
In 2015, she attended and obtained a diploma in the MDPI in Intellectual Property Law Just Legal Services MDPI 2015. 
In 2014 she received the “Anassilaos Giovani” prize in “Juridical Studies”. 
She is former member of the Executive Committee of the Calabria Section of the Italian Delegation of the European Arbitration Court of Strasbourg. 
She speaks Spanish and English.

Conferences and legal writing

Duilia Delfino has worked alongside lawyer Valeria M. Affer in training meetings concerning brands and design. 
She is author of several publications on intellectual property and arbitration on legal publishing series and magazines of primary national importance.
