Professional experience

Francesco Arcari has been a lawyer since 2004, dealing with corporate law and enterprise crisis law, in both in-court and out-of-court proceedings.

He assists entrepreneurs and enterprises during the procurement and sale of shares or of industrial and financial assets. 
He has gained significant experience in some of the most prestigious law firms in Milan.

 Education

He graduated in Law with honors at the University of Pavia with a dissertation on Banking Law.

He attended Collegio Ghislieri (Ghislieri College) in Pavia, a center for the dissemination of culture under the High Patronage of the President of the Italian Republic.

He has collaborated as Honorary Fellow with the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart and with the University of Insubria.

Conferences and legal articles

Francesco Arcari has been speaker in conferences and training courses on bankruptcy law and enterprise crisis law. He has written a publication on the leasing contract.
