Guido Chiarloni

Professional Experience

Guido Chiarloni has been a lawyer since 1992 and advocate in the Supreme Court since April 2005. He deals exclusively with Criminal Law. 
He has gained significant experience in corporate-related criminal law especially in the industrial, commercial and bankruptcy, tax, banking and financial fields, assisting also top managers of companies and credit institutions in major trials. He also deals with criminal liability by medical fault and for libel. 
He manages penal procedural law with a particular level of expertise. 
Guido assists companies in the preparation of organizational and management models according to law n. 231/2001; in this regard, he is member of the Supervisory Bodies as well as regularly carrying out defense activities for institutions pursuant to law n. 231.

 Education

Guido Chiarloni graduated with honors in Law at the University of Turin with a dissertation on criminal procedural law. In addition, he attended the Faculté Internationale de Droit Comparé in Strasburg. 
He collaborated as Honorary Fellow with the University of Turin and was assistant lecturer in criminal procedure. 

Conferences and legal articles

He has collaborated with “Cassazione Penale” and “La Giurisprudenza Italiana” magazines, dealing with rulings and drafting notes to judgements. 
Guido has been speaker at conferences on criminal taxation law and criminal procedural law. 
He has trained executives and managers working at the Ministry of Economy and taught at the Higher School of Economy and Finance in Florence.
